Susanne Blancke is Head of the Dicectorate „Future of the Social Market Economy and the Welfare State, Digital Transformation“ at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. From 2003 to 2009 she was working at the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security and at the Federal Foreign Office. From 1994 to 2003 she was teaching Political Science at the Universities of Bochum, Osnabrück, and Tübingen. Her main research interests are comparative political science and policy analysis, in particular on labor market, industrial and economic policy, and labor relations.
