Reto Mitteregger is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Social Policy and Political Sociology at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His research spans political sociology, political behavior, and political economy, with a specific focus on generational and age-related differences in voting behavior, political parties, regional status perceptions, and political socialization. He obtained his PhD from the Unviersity of Zurich, where he defended his dissertation, “Generational Voting Effects in Western Europe,” in 2025.
