“Perceptions of injustice and dispositions for change in the workplace”

Monica Gerber is a full professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Universidad Diego Portales, Chile, as well as an associate researcher at the Centre for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES). She is currently the director of the Observatory of Violence and Social Legitimacy (OLES). Dr. Gerber holds a PhD in Social Research Methods from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests are social and political psychology, social justice attitudes, violence, police use of force and punitiveness. She has a strong interest in quantitative and experimental research methodologies, as well as in quantitative data analysis. She has published in journals such as Psychology of Violence, Political Psychology, Social Justice Research and the British Journal of Criminology.
