Michael Grätz

“Liberal and radical equality of opportunity”
Michael Grätz is a SNSF Research Professor at the Swiss Centre of Expertise in Life Course Research LIVES at the University of Lausanne. In addition, he is an associate professor at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI) at Stockholm University. His current project explores novel ways to measure different conceptions of equality of opportunity. In the past, he worked at Bielefeld University, Germany, and at Nuffield College, University of Oxford. In 2015, he obtained his PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the European University Institute (EUI).
