“Three Facets of Political Inequality: Evidence from Consultative Processes in Kampala”

Manuel Bosancianu is a research fellow in the Institutions and Political Inequality research unit at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung (WZB). He obtained his Ph.D. in Comparative Politics in August 2017, from the Central European University, Budapest, with a topic at the intersection of political economy and political behavior: how the dynamics between party ideological shifts, economic inequality, and individual-level political participation unfold over time. In his current work he investigate what are the macro-level determinants of political inequality between socio-economic groups, and how these political imbalances spill over into political processes.
