He obtained his Ph.D. in Comparative Politics in August 2017, from the Central European University, Budapest, with a topic at the intersection of political economy and political behavior: how the dynamics between party ideological shifts, economic inequality, and individual-level political participation unfold over time. In his current work he investigate what are the macro-level determinants of political inequality between socio-economic groups, and how these political imbalances spill over into political processes.
