“Changing Context, Changing Cohorts? An Age-Period-Cohort Analysis of Urban-Rural Differences in Switzerland”
Lukas Haffert is Associate Professor of Comparative Politics and
Political Economy at the University of Geneva. After studying economics in
Münster and St. Gallen, he spent his research career in several different
institutions: during his PhD at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of
Societies in Cologne, at the European University Institute in Florence, at
Harvard University’s Center for European Studies, and at the University of
Zurich. Between 2018 and 2023, he was a member of the “Junge
Akademie”, the German national academy for young academics.
