Felix Jäger is a PostDoc in the Inequality Barometer project at the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality”. He obtained his PhD from the Graduate School of Economic and Social Sciences at the University of Mannheim. His dissertation examined citizens’ attitudes toward civil liberties and the conditions under which they may be willing to forgo these rights. His recent work focuses on how people perceive inequality and how these perceptions shape policy preferences and democratic attitudes. His research primarily relies on (experimental) survey methods
