Fabian Mierisch is a PhD candidate in Economics the KU
Eichstaett-Ingolstadt under the supervision of Simon Wiederhold. His main
research interests are in applied microeconomics, education, and
behavioral economics. Specifically, he explores the complex dynamics of
discrimination within education systems, aiming to understand and
mitigate disparities in educational outcomes. To do so, he combines (field)
experimental research with machine learning.
