Enea Baselgia is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the KOF Swiss Economic Institute at ETH Zurich and a Research Affiliate at CESifo. He is also a Research Fellow at the EU Tax Observatory and the World Inequality Database (WID.world). His research focuses on public economics and inequality, with a particular emphasis on how individuals and firms respond to taxation. He combines large administrative datasets with modern empirical methods to study behavioral responses to tax policy, their implications for tax revenues, and their broader consequences for inequality and the economy. His research has been published in leading journals such as the Review of Economics and Statistics and the Economic Journal.
