Daryna Grechyna

Daryna Grechyna is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Granada. Her research spans political economy and public economics, and extends to other topics, including environmental and labor economics. She received her PhD in Economic Analysis from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona in 2011. Her current work examines the political barriers to equality, considering how identity formation, electoral franchise, and institutional constraints shape individual opportunities and economic outcomes.
