“How political context affects immigrants’ social contact dynamics and well-being at work”
Benjamin Korman is a researcher at the Leibniz Institute für Educational Trajectories in Bamberg. Prior to this, he was a postdoctoral researcher under Prof. Florian Kunze at the University of Konstanz in the Excellence Cluster “Politics of Inequality”. He received his B.Sc. in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2012, his M.Sc. in Research Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Neuroscience from Leiden University in 2014, and his doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University in 2021. His research interests broadly include social comparisons, diversity, emotions, and substance use.
