Antonio Savoia

Antonio Savoia is a Reader in development economics at the University of Manchester’s Global Development Institute. His research has looked at the determinants of governance and institutional performance and how they impinge on development outcomes and policies. He is also a Non-Resident Senior Research Fellow at UNU-WIDER, currently engaged in the UNU-WIDER project The political economy of taxation.
