Anna Apostolidou

Anna Apostolidou is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality” at the University of Konstanz. Her research examines migrants’ workplace integration and intra-team dynamics in contemporary workplaces, with attention to how these processes unfold over time and across organizational levels. She was involved in the Integration@Work project, which followed apprentices with and without a migration background throughout their three-year apprenticeship. She primarily uses longitudinal and multi-level quantitative methods. Her work has been published in Academy of Management Discoveries.
