
Alexander Busch

Alexander Busch is a PhD student at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a Graduate Affiliate at the Center for European Studies of Harvard University and a Beyster Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership at Rutgers University. Before his PhD, he worked as a research associate at IZA, MIT, and UC Berkeley. Alexander studied Economics (B.Sc., M.Sc.) and Sociology (B.A.) at Heidelberg University and the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research focuses on the labor market effects of economic democracy, in particular co-determination and sectoral bargaining.
